The Clink
The Clink is a fully operational restaurant inside of Her Majesty's Prison HighDown. It was the idea of Chef Alberto Crisci (Catering Services Manager at HMP Highdown).
We were approached by Alberto Crisci to design the restaurant, the brief was to create a spectacular West End restaurant within the walls of a secure prison.
The Clink opened for business on May 11th 2009.
